Responsibilities :
- Onboarding and Enablement : Lead onboarding of new Enterprise customers, ensuring a seamless introduction to Semrush products and services.
- Strategic Account Planning : Collaborate with key stakeholders and the Sales department to create detailed account plans that outline how customers will achieve their goals.
- Customer Value Realisation : Understand customer goals and demonstrate how workflows can help achieve these goals, minimizing time to value.
- Retention and Renewal Management : Drive high retention and renewal rates by ensuring ongoing value, and manage negotiations for high-value contracts.
- Collaborative Problem Solving : Partner with internal teams to resolve complex customer challenges and advocate for improvements based on customer feedback.
- Customer Relationship Management : Proactively identify challenges, recommend solutions, and engage regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Owning The Revenue : Take responsibility for revenue, working with teams to increase returning accounts even if cancellations occur.
- Executive Business Reviews : Create and deliver comprehensive reviews demonstrating value and identifying growth opportunities.
- Identifying Growth Opportunities : Manage the customer portfolio to find areas for growth and collaborate with Sales to close opportunities.
- Semrush & SEO Mastery : Demonstrate expert knowledge of the Semrush platform and SEO best practices to support training and complex workflows.
