Role Description
In this full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad, the Customer Success Manager will oversee the satisfaction and retention of our customers. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining relationships with customers, addressing their concerns, analyzing customer feedback, and ensuring a high level of customer service. The manager will also work on developing strategies to continuously enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Customer Retention and Relationship Building
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer success or a related role is a plus
