Job Profile:
As a Junior Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving customer success.
Requirements:
- Graduate with a strong command of both spoken and written English
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer handling and support
- Proven experience in a customer success or account management role.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our products or services.
Issue Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
Customer Education: Provide training and educational resources to clients to ensure they maximize the value of our products or services.
Customer Support:
- Efficiently handle chat interactions with customers, providing real-time assistance and support.
- Work closely with the technical support team to ensure timely resolution of customer challenges.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
