The Role
We're hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a book of dealership accounts from launch through long-term success. You'll lead onsite launches and training, then drive ongoing value via structured check-ins to sustain adoption, expand usage, and ensure measurable outcomes. This role is remote with frequent travel (up to 50%) for launches, onsite training, and key business reviews.
What You'll Do
- Travel to dealership locations to install PromptPath's platform and deliver hands-on training to various teams within the dealership.
- Responsible for retention and growth through account ownership. You will work on multiple accounts, managing client relationships, and their growth strategies.
- Conduct follow-up sessions (both in-person and virtual) to ensure adoption, usage, and engagement.
- Develops strong, trusting relationships with clients, providing leadership and support during the entire customer success lifecycle.
- Serve as a point of contact for dealerships after onboarding, building strong relationships and ensuring customer success.
- Monitor dealership usage and proactively identify opportunities to increase adoption and engagement.
- Conduct Customer success strategic reviews that strengthens our relationship with our dealerships and helps us track their progress toward their business goals.
- Provide feedback from customers to internal teams to inform product/process improvements.
Who You Are
- Bachelor's degree in related field along with 3+ years in Customer Success in a related automotive role
- Comfortable leading training sessions for groups and dealerships.
- A strong communicator with excellent presentation skills—comfortable leading strategic reviews with dealership management.
- Strong track record of driving product adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.
- Passionate about helping others learn new tools and succeed in their roles.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple dealerships and schedules at once.
- Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new software tools.
- Excited about frequent travel and building relationships on the ground with dealership teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of automotive industry experience.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time (nationwide).
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with standard business tools.
- Remote work capability when not traveling.

- Total compensation range between $65,000 - $125,000
