Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in Gurugram. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and delivering outstanding customer service. Typical day-to-day tasks include analyzing customer data for insights, addressing client inquiries and issues, and working closely with other departments to provide an integrated customer experience.
