Job Title: Customer Success Manager - Staffing Recruitment Firm

<\/div> We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team at Talpro. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction, retention, and success of our valued clients. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and collaborating internally to deliver exceptional service and solutions.

<\/div> Responsibilities:
<\/div>
<\/div> - Develop and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients to understand their business goals, staffing needs, and challenges.
<\/div> - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively offering solutions to enhance their recruitment processes.
<\/div> - Collaborate closely with the sales team during the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition and understanding of client expectations.
<\/div> - Conduct regular check -ins with clients to review performance, gather feedback, and provide recommendations for optimizing staffing strategies.
<\/div> - Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure the timely and successful delivery of candidates that align with client requirements.
<\/div> - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing data -driven insights to clients.
<\/div> - Proactively identify upsell and cross -sell opportunities based on client needs and industry trends.
<\/div> - Stay informed about industry best practices, market trends, and competitive landscape to provide strategic guidance to clients.
<\/div> - Collaborate with internal teams to improve our service offerings continuously and enhance the overall client experience.
<\/div> - Prepare and deliver regular reports and presentations to showcase account performance and demonstrate the value delivered.
<\/div> - Assist in resolving any billing or invoicing issues, working closely with the finance department.
<\/div>

Requirements<\/h3> Qualifications:
<\/div> - Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (MBA preferred).
<\/div> - Proven experience (5+ years) as a Customer Success Manager or similar client -facing role in the staffing or recruitment industry.
<\/div> - Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, with the ability to tailor solutions to meet client needs.
<\/div> - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
<\/div> - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights to drive client success.
<\/div> - Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
<\/div> - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
<\/div> - Proactive, self -motivated, and results -driven approach to work.
<\/div> - Strong problem -solving skills and the ability to navigate complex client situations.
<\/div> - Willingness to adapt to a fast -paced and evolving environment.
