Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager, based in Chennai. Experience level : 3 - 5 years . The Customer Success Manager will manage customer satisfaction, build strong relationships, and ensure customer retention. The role involves analyzing customer needs, addressing any concerns, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver solutions that align with client goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service
  • Proficiency in Analytical Skills for understanding customer feedback and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics & business reviews to the relevant team
  • Develop and implement tailored success plans that provide continued value to the customer, ensure renewals and drive long-term product growth.
  • Provides the customer periodical reports
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to adapt to dynamic business needs

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
