About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Success Manager with strong experience in either ERP Solutions or "WMS solutions". The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, and ensuring seamless support and resolution across accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues and high satisfaction levels.
- Coordinate with internal teams to drive effective problem-solving and service delivery.
- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential risks or escalations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and enhance customer experience.
- Maintain deep understanding of ERP / WMS solutions and their application in supply chain and warehouse management domains.
Preferred Profile:
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Support, or Account Management within ERP or WMS environments.
- Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse management processes.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, prioritize tasks, and drive internal teams for timely resolution.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Candidates currently managing Customer Success or Support portfolios will be preferred.
