If you are an experienced Functional Consultant with expertise in D365 Customer Engagement, this Irish Microsoft Gold Partner wants you. With over 15 years of delivering projects across various sectors, you will help drive business success and support the full end-to-end implementation lifecycle.
Required experience:- 3+ years experience with Dynamics 365 - D365 Customer Engagement
- Full end-to-end implementation experience
- Experience working in a Microsoft Partner environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Gathering requirements from clients
- Delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs
- Customisation and configuration of client solutions
- Communicating with external stakeholders
- Leading workshops and guiding clients through the implementation process
