TITLE: Data Analyst and Customer Advisor
TYPE: Contract
LOCATION: Norristown, PA
ONSITE/REMOTE/HYBRID: Hybrid, onsite 3 days a week
START DATE: October/November 2025
SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst and Customer Advisor to provide analytical and client support to member organizations and key stakeholders. This position combines customer relationship management with data analysis to identify trends, improve service delivery, and ensure a positive client experience. The Advisor serves as the main contact for customer inquiries, conducts data-driven research, and provides actionable insights that help enhance engagement and efficiency.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate effectively with member representatives across a wide range of topics to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
  • Conduct data analysis on large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and new processes as the organization evolves.
  • Perform both primary and secondary research to support client needs and business initiatives.
  • Track, document, and monitor incoming customer requests to ensure accuracy and consistency in responses.
  • Serve as the primary contact for member inquiries received via phone and email, ensuring prompt and thorough issue resolution.
  • Recommend and maintain updates for internal knowledge base materials such as FAQs and reference content.
  • Manage "quick hit" customer requests requiring immediate attention and timely follow-up.
  • Identify potential issues and proactively recommend practical solutions.
  • Develop a strong understanding of organizational operations, service offerings, and goals to effectively support member interactions.
  • Balance multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks and maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborate across teams and departments to deliver consistent, high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and exercise sound judgment.
  • Self-starter with strong initiative and adaptability.

Preferred:

  • Interest or prior exposure to the energy or utilities industry.
  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Salesforce, or MS Access.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • Background in client management, data analytics, or customer experience.
  • Data Analytics certification or comparable experience.
