We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly analytical
Data Analyst
with 3–4 years of professional experience in data management, visualization, and business reporting. The role involves working with cross-functional teams to extract insights from structured and unstructured data, build dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and predictive modeling where required.
- Work closely with IT and data engineering teams to ensure data integrity and pipeline efficiency.
- Present findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify process improvement opportunities by leveraging automation and advanced analytics.
- Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
- Strong expertise in SQL, Excel, and at least one programming language (Python/R preferred).
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical insights to non-technical audiences.
