Shift Timing: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Data Analyst with strong analytical and technical skills to support healthcare feasibility and data analysis initiatives. The ideal candidate will work with structured healthcare data, including claims and EHR (Electronic Health Records), to assess data availability, perform in-depth analysis, and deliver clear, actionable insights.

This role requires hands-on expertise in SQL, Python or R, and strong knowledge of statistical modeling and regression techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to feasibility and data availability requests by querying large structured healthcare datasets.
  
• Perform data extraction, transformation, and statistical analysis to identify insights and trends.
  
• Conduct regression modeling and advanced statistical analyses as part of data validation and research.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret analytical findings and communicate results effectively.
  
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with healthcare data privacy standards.
  
• Work independently and proactively manage assigned analytical tasks within project timelines.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Analyst or Healthcare Analyst.
  
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R.
  
• Strong understanding of healthcare data, including claims and EHR datasets (analysis-focused).
  
• Solid experience in statistical analysis and regression modeling techniques.
  
• Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently in a night shift (7 PM – 3 AM) environment.
