Role Description:
The
Data Analyst
plays a key role in transforming complex data into clear insights that drive informed business decisions. This position is responsible for collecting, structuring, and analyzing data from multiple sources to identify trends, measure performance, and optimize business processes. By providing actionable intelligence, the Data Analyst contributes directly to the company's strategic and operational objectives.
Key responsibilities include gathering and validating data, developing analytical models, and creating dashboards and visual reports for internal stakeholders. The
Data Analyst
will collaborate with teams across departments—such as finance, operations, marketing, or product management—to translate business questions into data-driven solutions. The role also involves ensuring data accuracy and consistency, supporting automation initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of reporting tools and analytics frameworks.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and curious, with a strong ability to interpret data and communicate insights effectively. They should be comfortable working with large datasets, combining technical expertise with strategic understanding to turn numbers into meaningful business outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (Python or R preferred).
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data cleaning, and data governance principles.
- Strong analytical and statistical reasoning skills.
- Proficiency with Excel and experience working with large, complex datasets.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
- Ability to explain technical insights to non-technical audiences.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an asset.
