We're seeking a motivated
Data Analyst
to join a fast-growing healthcare analytics team. This is a high-impact role where you'll work directly with leadership to build automation, streamline reporting, and deliver insights that drive better outcomes for clients.

What You'll Do
- Analyze and model complex datasets to support savings analysis, contract reconciliation, and medical claims reporting.
- Automate manual reporting and audit processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage data pipelines, including file-based exchanges and database integrations.
- Design and maintain dashboards that provide real-time client insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable data solutions.
- Contribute to onboarding, process improvements, and culture-building initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency with SQL and working knowledge of relational databases.
- Experience with analytics or BI platforms (DOMO or similar preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud-based data environments (AWS, Azure, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in healthcare, pharmacy benefits, or payer data is a plus, but not required.
