Pluxee has embarked on a significant digital transformation and growth program coupled with a revision of our commercial processes, tools and KPIs. PLX Data organization has chosen a decentralized Data Hub (central) & Data Spoke (local) organization where the Spokes are data factory teams covering multiples countries, Data needs and supporting business teams by delivering operations reporting, ad-hoc analysis supporting decision making and advanced insights aiming at predicting clients, merchants, or consumers behaviours.


Reporting to the Global Chief Data Officer, the Global Data Governance Manager is a key member of the Global Data Hub. He/she defines and deploys Pluxee data governance framework: tools and solutions, policies and processes and Data Ownership and Stewardship organization.


šŸ› ļø Key Responsibilities:


Evolution and Deployment of the Data Governance Framework:

  • Data Governance Framework scope will involve meetings and instances animation, data policies definition or updates and deployment, data governance Organization deployment (nomination of Data Owner & stewards globally & locally)


Design and deploy the Analytics Common Data Model to help scaling data projects among countries:

  • Document and build a common logical data model covering Pluxee products and processes (3C/4C, multi benefits, pre/postpaid…)
  • Organize workshops with local experts (IT architects) and functional data owner to validate the design.
  • Make sure the logical model fits all Pluxee products logic in the different countries


Animate our PLX Data Governance community:

  • Animate the Data Quality Manager community hosted in 6 data factories in the design and deployment of the framework
  • Train and educate teams on the usage of the global data Catalog (Data Domain Leader, Data Owner, Data Steward, IT Application owner, Data Quality Managers)
  • Support DQM in the definition of data quality remediation plan (process design and remediation tracking in sources)


Data Catalog administration, usage tracking and monitoring:

  • Organize the tool to align with company organization and foreseen usage
  • Monitor the Data Catalog usage as per a KPI Framework like number of data assets documented
  • Implement data documentation and relevant features within the tool


🧰 Required Skills & Experience

  • Master’s degree in computer science, data analytics or engineering field.
  • 8-10 years of total experience in IT/Data with at least 2-3 years of experience on a data governance position.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, data quality management, and data classification.
  • Familiarity with data management technologies, data modelling, and data integration concepts.
  • Experience in developing processes, roles, and responsibilities in the context of data governance and quality assurance.
  • Logical Data Model design and implementation
  • Experience with data Catalog tools (e.g., MS Purview) is a big plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong team player willing to cooperate with colleagues across office locations and functions.
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to motivate teams.
  • Good at organizing, managing time and with problem solving mindset, with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Very strong English language skills is a must.
