• Utilize SQL queries to extract and analyze data for reporting purposes.
• Support system development and enhancement projects for Case Worthy software.
• Collaborate with teams to implement data-driven solutions in human services and behavioral health programs.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in data reporting processes.
• Lead initiatives to integrate analytics and reporting tools with organizational objectives.
• Apply knowledge of healthcare and human services to enhance reporting accuracy and relevance.
• Utilize business intelligence tools to generate actionable insights for decision-making.
• Ensure reports comply with data governance and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on data reporting platforms and methodologies.• Proficiency in creating reports from Carelogic and Case Worthy systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL queries and data extraction techniques.
• Familiarity with system development processes for Case Worthy software.
• Understanding of human services and behavioral health service delivery systems.
• Master’s degree in Health Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams in analytics and reporting projects.
• Expertise in tools such as Apache Spark, Jira, and BusinessObjects Technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
