Job Description
- Be the Lead Designer for a set of customers, handling the entire process from the first meeting through to order booking and final design approval.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their lifestyle, needs, and preferences, and provide the most suitable design solutions for their home.
- Take ownership of the design process, including quoting, detailed designing, and preparing production drawings for manufacturing.
- Manage and prioritize multiple design projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
- Analyze sales reports, project turnaround time (TAT), and customer satisfaction metrics to identify areas for improvement and ensure a smooth customer experience.
