Role Overview
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and motion-rich digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring product concepts to life, ensuring every design aligns with the latest trends and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Design modern, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Create motion-based and interactive prototypes using tools like Framer
- Maintain consistency in design systems and user flows across products
- Translate business and user requirements into creative design solutions
- Collaborate with product managers and developers for seamless execution
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate on feedback
Qualifications
- 3-8 years of professional UI/UX design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing latest design trends and motion design projects
- Proficiency in Framer, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD (plus motion/animation tools a bonus)
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
