Role Overview:
- As the Design Lead, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the visual identity of TrackWizz across all digital and offline touch points. You will conceptualize and execute branding strategies, create high-quality design assets for campaigns, and experiment with new formats to enhance brand engagement.
- This role demands strong motion graphics and animation skills, as well as expertise in creating social media posts, display ads, email creatives, and marketing visuals. The Design Lead will work closely with the Brand and Content teams to ensure a cohesive and visually impactful brand presence.
- In addition to hands-on design work, you will mentor and guide the design team, fostering collaboration, creativity, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Brand Vision & Strategy:
- Own and maintain the visual identity of TrackWizz across all marketing and product touch points. Develop and execute branding campaigns that align with TrackWizz’s goals and values.
- Ensure consistency in design language across all platforms, including social media, website, email campaigns, and offline materials.
- Continuously experiment with new design formats to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
2. Conceptualizing & Executing Brand Campaigns:
- Visually conceptualize and design impactful brand campaigns for digital and offline channels.
- Work closely with the Brand, Creative and Content teams to align design narratives with marketing objectives.
- Translate complex regulatory and technology concepts into visually compelling graphics, videos, and animations.
- Create high-quality social media creatives, info graphics, ad banners, landing pages, and sales materials.
3. Motion Graphics & Animation:
- Design motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, social media, and product promotions.
- Develop explainer videos, product demos, and animated brand stories to enhance audience engagement.
- Work with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and other motion design tools to bring creative ideas to life.
- Optimize video and motion graphics for various digital platforms (website, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
4. Leading & Mentoring the Design Team:
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the design team to maintain high-quality creative output.
- Conduct design reviews, provide feedback, and encourage a culture of experimentation and innovation.
- Ensure smooth coordination between the design, brand, and content teams. Identify new design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
5. Digital & Display Advertising Design:
- Design display ads, email banners, and promotional creatives for marketing campaigns.
- Optimize ad creatives for performance marketing, ensuring high engagement and conversions. Work with marketing teams to A/B test ad creatives and refine designs for better impact.
6. Experimenting with Brand Formats & Innovation:
- Continuously explore new design trends, tools, and techniques to enhance brand storytelling. Experiment with interactive content, 3D visuals, and immersive digital experiences.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in motion graphics, UI/UX, and brand design.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in brand design, motion graphics, and creative direction. Proven expertise in brand identity creation and campaign conceptualization.
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (mandatory). Experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Ability to create compelling marketing collateral, social media creatives, and digital ads. Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
