About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Trainee to join our creative team. You will collaborate with designers and marketers to support a wide range of brand and digital design requirements, ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and visual strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation of digital assets such as social media posts, banners, emailers, and campaign creatives
- Support design adaptations, resizing, and template-based production work
- Participate in brainstorming and contribute ideas for brand and marketing campaigns
- Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all communication channels
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to meet project timelines
- Stay updated with latest design trends and tools
Skills & Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or relevant field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign;
After Effects is a plus) - Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Ability to take feedback and work in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio showcasing academic or personal design projects (mandatory)
