The Role

We’re looking for a mid-weight Designer or Creative Artworker to create high-quality creative assets across various mediums that align with our brand and strategic objectives. This role is crucial in enhancing brand awareness and engaging our audience across multiple platforms.

Key focus areas include:
  • Designing creative assets for digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, video, website, print, and event materials.
  • Developing campaign assets such as banners, infographics, presentations.
  • Collaborating with the Marketing team to support awareness, acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention campaigns.
  • Partnering with internal teams for strategic programs, business updates, and key moments like product launches.
  • Working with the Video Production Manager to deliver cohesive brand content, including animations.
  • Liaising with external agency partners to produce creative solutions.
  • Ensuring content is optimized for various platforms using industry best practices.
About You

This position is suited to a design professional passionate about creativity and visual storytelling, capable of delivering compelling, on-brand design solutions that resonate with our members and key audiences. Experience in superannuation or financial services is preferred but not essential; candidates from creative agencies are also encouraged to apply.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in a design role, preferably with corporate experience (in-house or agency).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and other relevant software.
  • Proven ability to create designs optimized for digital, social media, email, print, and presentations.
  • Ability to work from concept to production.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing diverse high-quality design projects.
  • Skills in Microsoft PowerPoint or Figma are a bonus.
  • Basic animation skills in AfterEffects are preferred but not essential.
Desirable
  • Knowledge or experience in the superannuation industry.
