Monthly Salary: 70,000 ZAR (Negotiable based on experience)
This is a full-time remote position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sydney, Australia Time (2 a.m to 10 a.m. South African Standard Time) .

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Digital Account Manager to join our remote team. You will act as the primary contact for clients, coordinating with our SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and website development teams to meet client goals.
Ideal candidates have a proven track record in digital marketing agency environments, high client satisfaction, and a growth mindset.
Your responsibilities include:
- Managing client retention and growth within our portfolio.
- Reviewing client reports and ensuring campaign success.
- Conducting regular client reviews and making strategic recommendations.
- Identifying opportunities for campaign improvements across SEO, advertising, social media, and web design.
- Engaging proactively with clients to anticipate needs and explore new services.
- Driving business growth through referrals and expanding the client base.
- Managing the client lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Collaborating with the digital team to ensure client success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Account Management.
- At least 2 years in a Digital Marketing Agency handling multiple clients.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of digital advertising fundamentals (SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
- Understanding of client needs and opportunity identification.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and organization skills.
- Experience with remote working tools like Monday.com, Slack, Zoom.
