Digital Marketing - Partner Manager - Nordic Speaker
Due to continued expansion and growth, Accenture is currently recruiting for a Partner Manager to drive the rollout of a unique digital marketing advertising solution to EU markets. We are partnering with Pinterest to ensure businesses are set up for success on the platform. You will support new clients from the very start of their Pinterest journey and help to educate, inspire, and help advertisers define the best type of campaigns to drive results and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities- Identify, research, and contact potential new partner businesses that could benefit from Pinterest's unique business proposition, delivering personalized product pitches.
- Set up advertisers for success before passing over to an Account Management colleague for scaling.
- Work with existing advertisers to understand their strategic and tactical goals and co-create marketing plans to achieve them.
- Gain in-depth understanding of partners' business goals in their respective markets, offering insights to help them succeed.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Work toward fixed KPIs and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the wider sales team to share knowledge and best practices.
- At least one year of experience in a target-driven, customer-facing role (sales preferred).
- Deep knowledge of digital marketing metrics such as CPA, CPC, CPM, and ROAS.
- Experience using analytical approaches to solve business problems.
- Ability to train and educate advertisers on campaign creation and optimization.
- Skills to understand, validate, and overcome customer objections by crafting compelling marketing strategies using Pinterest's platform.
- Quick learner with current knowledge of products and services.
- Tech-savvy with an interest in emerging technologies.
- Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional, capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to meet quarterly goals in a KPI-driven environment.
- Must speak a Nordic language.
- Hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
- Monday to Friday schedule
