Job Description

The Digital Marketing Specialist will support the team in planning, managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns. 


Working closely with the Social Media & Digital Marketing Director and the Digital Marketing Manager, the candidate will be responsible for implementing effective paid media strategies, assisting SEO activities, and analyzing performance data to ensure campaign success.


Additionally, the role involves monitoring key metrics, conducting analysis, generating reports, and staying up to date with industry trends and best practices, particularly in luxury, fashion, and design industries.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on both Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
  • Set up and manage Meta campaigns for awareness, traffic, lead generation, and conversion goals.
  • Define and refine audience segmentation using custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and dynamic remarketing strategies.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance across platforms, identifying issues and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in keyword research, ad copywriting, and creative testing for all platforms.
  • Provide insights and reports on digital performance, highlighting KPIs such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and engagement metrics.
  • Support SEO-related tasks including website content optimization to enhance organic visibility.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital strategy with brand guidelines and overall marketing goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advertising trends, platform updates, and digital best practices.


Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience with major digital advertising platforms: Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram). Experience with TikTok Ads is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Meta Business Suite tools, including Ads Manager, Events Manager, and Pixel implementation.
  • Ability to build, optimize, and scale Meta campaigns using advanced targeting techniques.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency with tools like Google Analytics and Excel.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance-based creative optimization.
  • Experience working in e-commerce and/or with luxury, beauty, fashion, or design brands is highly valued.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Good knowledge of PowerPoint and basic understanding of scripting/programming is a plus.
