The key roles and responsibilities of the role are -
Develop and implement quality and risk management frameworks across consultancy and strategy projects. Lead a team to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively. Ensure timely client service delivery and work towards ensuring that quality outcomes are delivered Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and maintain high-quality deliverables. Drive continuous improvement in risk management strategies and frameworks. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the professional services sector. The Successful Applicant
A successful Director QRM should have:
Expertise in quality and risk management within the professional services industry. Expertise in service delivery management and risk assessment Experience in budgeting and resource management during the course of a project Excellent knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills. Educational qualifications :
