We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Doorman to join the team @Pestana Palace Hotel;
The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to premises
- Check identification and direct visitors to correct destination
- Assist visitors with luggage
- Ensure security of doors and entryways
- Maintain records of visitors
- Provide general information about the premises and its services
Key Requirements
- Proven work experience as Bellman or Dorman in a 5* hospitality environment
- Driving license
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Customer service drive with outstanding communication and active listening skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong sense of responsibility and a Professional presentation
