The Role

We’re seeking a savvy eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to drive growth across our global online platforms. Your responsibilities include managing marketing campaigns and overseeing the daily operations of our websites worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment.
Reporting to our Digital Director, you will collaborate with teams across Marketing, Merch Planning, Finance, and Logistics to deliver an exceptional online experience. A day in the life of our eCommerce & Digital Marketing Manager entails:

  • Managing the global website trading calendar and making real-time decisions to boost daily sales.
  • Collaborating with Marketing, Planning, and Merchandising teams on campaign launches, promotions, and product drops.
  • Working with digital agencies to optimise paid media campaigns, improving ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
  • Leading conversion rate optimisation (CRO) through data-driven A/B testing and UX improvements.
  • Managing product uploads, homepage updates, and content across regional sites.
  • Briefing Creative and Social teams to ensure campaign assets are optimised and on-brand.
  • Monitoring performance dashboards (GA4, Shopify, Meta) and translating insights into actions.
  • Prioritising new website features to enhance the customer experience.
  • Mentoring and coaching the eCommerce team to achieve goals and develop skills.
  • Managing multiple projects, deadlines, and agency relationships while maintaining customer focus.

Your Sweet Spots (About You):

  • Proven experience in a high-performing eCommerce environment, preferably in fashion or retail.
  • Successful track record managing digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Google Ads, and TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of digital customer journeys and conversion drivers.
  • Creative and strategic mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with content and creative teams.
  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills in an agile setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.
