We are seeking experienced EENs & RN's to work in medical and surgical wards in Adelaide's Hospitals.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Provide high-quality, evidence-based nursing care in medical and surgical wards, including patient assessments, care planning, medication administration, clinical documentation, and coordination with the healthcare team.
Foster a supportive, patient-centred environment and respond effectively to acute clinical changes, while maintaining flexibility to work a variety of hospital shifts across Adelaide.

COMPETENCY AND CLINICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Acute patient assessments (including vital signs, neurological observations, pain assessments)
Wound care management
Medication administration and management (IV, SC, IM, and oral medications)
Management of IV lines, and cannulas
Blood glucose monitoring and insulin administration
Infection prevention and control practices
Clinical handovers
Emergency response including BLS (Basic Life Support)
Use of hospital electronic medical records (EMR) and charting systems

Current AHPRA Registration
Current CPR Certificate
WWCC
NDIS clearance or willing to obtain
