Job Description

We are hiring an experienced and technically skilled Electrical Engineer to handle all electrical works at interior, residential, commercial, and industrial project sites.
The role involves execution, supervision, testing, planning, and drawing preparation for electrical installations — including wiring, lighting, panel installation, and MEP coordination.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on knowledge of AutoCAD for preparing electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, and planning drawings, along with the ability to supervise execution and coordinate with interior and civil teams for smooth implementation.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Site Execution & Supervision

• Supervise and execute electrical installation works including conduiting, wiring, DB/panel installation, lighting, and earthing.
• Ensure execution as per approved drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Monitor and plan daily site activities and ensure timely progress.
• Inspect installation of switchboards, sockets, fixtures, and light fittings.
• Coordinate electrical works with interior, civil, HVAC, and plumbing teams.

2. Drawing & Planning (AutoCAD)

• Prepare and update electrical layouts, single-line diagrams, and circuit drawings in AutoCAD.
• Plan cable routes, conduit layouts, and DB distributions based on site and load requirements.
• Revise drawings as per site modifications or client instructions.
• Ensure drawings meet project and electrical safety standards.
• Maintain proper documentation of all revisions and drawing records.

3. Quality, Testing & Commissioning

• Conduct testing for insulation resistance, continuity, and earthing prior to energization.
• Perform load balancing and panel testing during commissioning.
• Prepare detailed testing and handover reports.
• Ensure full compliance with IS codes, safety, and client specifications.

4. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and procurement teams for materials and fittings.
• Review and verify BOQs, material quantities, and specifications.
• Liaise with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.
• Support project documentation, billing, and technical submissions.

5. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all electrical work follows site safety protocols and electrical standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for electrical teams.
• Verify materials and components meet certified quality and safety standards.

Skills Required

• Strong command over AutoCAD (Electrical) for layout planning and drawing preparation.
• In-depth knowledge of wiring, load calculation, DB/panel design, and lighting circuits.
• Understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and MEP coordination.
• Awareness of IS/NBC electrical standards and safety norms.
• Excellent communication, planning, and documentation skills.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
• 2–6 years of experience in electrical execution and layout preparation for interior, residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Must have strong experience in AutoCAD electrical drawings, site supervision, and testing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
