We are looking for a qualified A-Grade Industrial Electrician with strong supervisory experience to support the late-stage construction of a new grain handling facility in Western Australia (4 hour drive from Perth). This role will oversee key electrical activities including the connection of consumer mains, commissioning of the switch room, and control system integration.

This is an 8-week contract role FIFO from VIC/NSW/etc. or DIDO from WA with a 10:4 roster (10-hour shifts daily) including paid travel time, meals, flights, accommodation, and a site vehicle.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise site-based electrical teams (employees and contractors)
• Oversee the installation of consumer mains, switch room connections, outgoing power and control systems
• Liaise with the Project Manager and client representatives to ensure smooth site operations
• Oversee safe energisation procedures and permit-to-work systems
• Coordinate site logistics including materials, access, and work information

Skills and Requirements

• Experience supervising electrical works in industrial infrastructure projects
• Knowledge of safe energisation and electrical permitting systems
• Strong leadership, team coordination, and client-facing experience
• Senior First Aid Certification
• Experience in grain handling, bulk material processing, mining or similar heavy industry environments
