The Implementation Leader delivers our time capture cloud solution into member firms in accordance with Global IT processes & governance for project and operational targets. Supports Business Programme Leaders in managing the solution life cycle delivered through systems implementations teams in close partnership with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Technical & Development resources and Service operations.
We are looking for:
EMFI Implementation Lead Apply if you have:- Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant education and experience,
- Preferred: 5+ years experience,
- Demonstrates extensive abilities with, and/or a proven record of success directing efforts including:
- Delivering change management strategies and IT transformation initiatives with substantial operational experience in applying them,
- Working in a global organisation with an understanding of cross-cultural communication styles,
- Managing and operating the budget to support agreed-upon goals and service levels,
- Implementing and directing time management work in Enterprise Architecture, PMO, Communications and Change Management, and Portfolio and Investment Management,
- Responding to staff questions/comments to Leadership and supporting the time management strategy,
- Collaborating and influencing stakeholders to meet their specific business time management requirements,
- Identifying business issues and liaising with relevant IT leaders to maintain alignment between IT initiatives and the current and future direction of the firm,
- Understanding Direct Account Management services for an assigned initiative, cluster, or subset of territories on behalf of local or global IT to optimise customer service satisfaction levels,
- Utilizing technical security operations and information security standards, such as the ISO 27001 information security standard,
- Building effective relationships with key stakeholders including local IT, HC and finance leadership, and other customers as appropriate,
- Communicating agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and conducting investigations or analysis on variations from expected performance levels,
- Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement within role, processes, team, and the IT organisation as a whole,
- Driving continuous service improvements for the customer and end user experience, influencing others internally and externally through both direct and indirect reports,
- Displaying customer focus background with commercial awareness and strategic thinking capability,
- Providing high levels of customer service to IT users in a large organisation.
