Position: Marketing Specialist
Salary: 24K b/a (NON NEGOTIABLE). NO REMOTE WORK.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating marketing content and distributing it effectively. They will help us build a strong brand presence through innovative promotional offers, online and offline marketing campaigns, and marketing events. The candidate will work directly with the company director. Additionally, their analytical skills will enable them to monitor and report on the success of their marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partners, and assist in campaigns to acquire new clients and improve market positioning.
- Plan and execute campaigns and events using tools such as LinkedIn, TikTok, Meta, and Google Ads.
- Track, analyze, and report on the success of these campaigns and events.
- Create marketing content for online and offline channels.
- Train the sales team with marketing content and campaigns to enhance the company's image in Spain, US, and UK.
- 3-6 years of demonstrable marketing experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Excellent writing and communication skills in Spanish and English (C1-C2).
- Experience in content marketing, including blog management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads (search, display, video), Bing, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter).
- Valuable knowledge of Data Studio and Google Optimize.
- Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and understanding metrics like LTV, ARPU, ROI.
- Experience in User Acquisition.
- Excellent communication skills, teamwork, and critical thinking.
- Versatile digital marketing profile capable of building websites, optimizing them through SEO, and managing SEM campaigns using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Page positioning, on-page and off-page SEO.
- Email marketing with Mailchimp.
- Web design using WordPress, preferably with Elementor.
- Planning, launching, and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and social media channels.
- Generating performance reports and proposing optimizations based on KPIs like CPA, ROI, ROAS.
- Creating and configuring reports in Google Analytics, including setting up events and goals.
- Monitoring and analyzing results to identify new business opportunities to increase CR.
- Remarketing actions through audience generation on various platforms.
- Monitoring, optimizing, and tracking active campaigns to meet proposed KPIs.
