The Position

• We are seeking an Events and Marketing Co-ordinator to join our team. Based in our Eight Mile Plains office this role reports to the Events Manager. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Educational Events and be responsible for assisting in the co-ordination of logistics for events across our suite of Practitioner brands in domestic and international markets, including:
• Assisting the Events Manager to execute all aspects of the Events Plan
• Advertising of events
• Co-ordinate product and materials for each event
• Organise delegate and staff flights and accommodation for events
• Prepare email communications
• Support the Brand Marketing Teams in promoting events in international markets
• Ensuring events calendars are up to date and communicated

The Person

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Experience co-ordinating a broad range of events
• Minimum 2 years experience in events administration or similar
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Computer literacy essential: experience in Microsoft Office suit: MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint at an intermediate level.
• Content Management Systems / Platforms such as: Mailchimp, Events Air and Kontent or similar is an advantage but not essential.
