Executive & Accounting Manager
Our client, a highly respected and long-established real estate and investment firm, is seeking an
Executive & Accounting Manager
to support the firm's principal owner. This is a
unique hybrid role
that blends high-level executive support with hands-on financial management and personal oversight.
This individual will serve as the
right hand to a high-net-worth principal
, managing a broad range of administrative, operational, and financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be composed, resourceful, and detail-oriented-someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can anticipate needs while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Executive & Personal Support
- Act as the primary point of contact and trusted liaison for the principal's personal and professional matters
- Manage scheduling, correspondence, and daily priorities with discretion and foresight
- Coordinate with household staff, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee special projects, philanthropic initiatives, and personal investments as needed
- Anticipate logistical or administrative needs and proactively resolve issues
Financial Oversight
- Maintain accurate records of personal and investment-related financial transactions
- Monitor cash flow, banking activity, and vendor payments
- Prepare and review financial statements and summary reports for the principal
- Partner with internal finance teams and external advisors on tax, investment, and philanthropic matters
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and year-end reporting as needed
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in executive support, accounting, or operations (real estate or investment background preferred)
- Demonstrated experience supporting a high-net-worth individual or executive strongly preferred
- Strong financial acumen and comfort working with spreadsheets and reporting tools
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills; ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Proven discretion and judgment when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); Yardi experience a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
