Senior Executive Assistant (C-Suite Support – Hybrid, NYC)

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced and polished Senior Executive Assistant to support C-level leadership at a high-profile organization in New York City. This is a hybrid role with a contract-to-hire structure, ideal for candidates who have supported executive leadership in global financial institutions or corporate legal environments.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative and operational support to C-suite executives
Manage complex calendars, scheduling, travel coordination, and high-level meeting logistics
Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests for time and attention
Prepare confidential correspondence, board decks, reports, and presentations
Liaise cross-functionally across departments and external partners with professionalism and tact
Track deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure executives are fully prepped for all meetings
Assist with special projects and handle sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
Qualifications
7+ years of executive-level administrative experience, including direct C-suite support
Previous experience in finance, banking, or legal industries highly preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent judgment and confidentiality
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Professional, proactive, and poised demeanor with excellent attention to detail
Schedule & Compensation
Location: Midtown NYC | Hybrid schedule (typically 3 days in office)
Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience
