Position: Executive Assistant (Part-Time Full-Time Opportunity)
Reports To: CFO
I'm looking for an Executive Assistant to help me stay on top of financial operations and day-to-day business needs. This isn't a typical admin role — I need someone who understands the basics of accounting but also loves technology, problem-solving, and figuring things out independently.
What You'll Be Doing
- Reconciling accounts and making sure the numbers line up.
- Applying your knowledge of debits and credits in real situations.
- Learning and using new software tools with confidence (we move fast and embrace change).
- Helping me streamline processes, organize information, and spot opportunities to improve.
- Managing tasks with a high level of independence — no handholding required.
Who You Are
- You've got solid accounting skills (reconciliations, journal entries, financial basics).
- You're tech-savvy and enjoy learning new apps and tools.
- Organization comes naturally to you — you like things neat, clear, and easy to find.
- You're a self-starter who can work independently and figure things out without being micromanaged.
- You're adaptable, open to change, and thrive in a role where no two days look the same.
Why This Role?
- It starts part-time, but there's a very real opportunity to grow into a full-time position.
- You'll work directly with the CFO, that's me.
- This role has variety — from accounting tasks to technical projects and process improvements.
- You'll be trusted to run with things and make an impact.
If this sounds like the kind of role where you'd thrive, I'd love to hear from you. Send me your resume and a short note about why you're a great fit along with your availability.
