We are looking for a flexible, approachable, and enthusiastic HR & Admin Executive to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced E-Commerce company .
HR Operations & Recruitment:
- Assist in screening, sourcing, and shortlisting candidates through job portals.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Support in documentation, onboarding, induction, and offboarding activities.
- Help in maintaining attendance, leave, and employee records .
- Assist the HR Manager in statutory filings and compliance documentation.
- Support in employee engagement activities and festival celebrations .
Administration:
- Manage office assets issue, track, and maintain records.
- Handle internet, stationery, and other admin-related needs .
- Support smooth day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or MBA in HR .
- 0–1 year of experience in HR or Admin preferred (freshers welcome).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proactive, flexible, and approachable attitude.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and HR operations.
- Work from Office | 5 Days Working
