Job description & requirements

The Executive-Key Account Management plays a crucial role in the organization by managing and developing relationships with key clients to achieve sales targets and foster long-term business partnerships. The position involves understanding client needs, promoting products or services, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Understand the clients & business goals and challenges.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key accounts.

2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue from key accounts.
  • Identify and pursue upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to drive overall company sales objectives.
  • Achieve monthly team KRA targets Resolve issues that come up on calls/chats/emails

3. Account Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement account plans tailored to each key account.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and promotional activities.

4. Communication and Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services to key accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve customer satisfaction.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

  • Escalation management & coordination with multiple teams to resolve delivery concerns
  • Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs

6. Any other task as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in key account management or sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the logistics industry and market trends.

Executive-Key Account Management Skills:

  • Experience in working with CRM, telephony systems is a must
