Job Title : Executive Recruiter
Location: Bangalore, KA
Experience: Up to 2 Years relevant in Recruitment
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end recruitment for VLSI roles (from sourcing to onboarding).
- Understand technical job requirements for roles such as Verification Engineer, Design Engineer, DFT, STA, PD, etc.
- Source candidates through various channels — LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, references, and social media.
- Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and technical panels.
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.
- Contribute to building a strong employer brand for 7 Rays Semiconductor in the VLSI talent market.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Electronics, or related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in technical recruitment (VLSI or Semiconductor preferred).
- Strong understanding of semiconductor design domains or willingness to learn quickly.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri RMS, Excel/ATS).
