Overview
As the Executive Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions, you will lead the strategic growth and expansion of Trionfo Holdings' property portfolio. You'll oversee all acquisition activities, from sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities to closing high-value transactions. This position requires a leader with exceptional financial insight, negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of market dynamics. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape the company's long-term real estate strategy and drive sustainable growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies that align with the company's investment goals.
- Identify, analyze, and secure new real estate opportunities across key markets.
- Lead all phases of deal execution, including due diligence, underwriting, and negotiations.
- Partner with internal teams in finance, legal, and development to ensure successful closings.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, investors, and industry partners.
- Monitor market trends, zoning changes, and financial performance to guide investment decisions.
- Present acquisition reports and recommendations to the executive board.
- Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
Basic Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, development, or investment management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in underwriting and valuation.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive results.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years in a senior real estate acquisitions or development role.
- Advanced understanding of financial modeling, capital markets, and portfolio growth strategies.
- Established relationships within the real estate and investment community.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate (Master's preferred).
