Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of our Exhibition, Conference & Trade Show projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Project Management and a deep understanding of the Business Events industry. We work across key venues including International Convention Centre, Sydney Showgrounds and all major 5 Star Hotels including Hyatt, Hilton, Sheraton etc.
Key Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of projects from project confirmation through to final completionCoordinate with clients to understand their requirements and objectivesDevelop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets with forecasted financialsOversee the design, test-build and installation of exhibition booths and displaysEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsManage relationships with Clients, Venue Teams, Suppliers, and ContractorsLead and motivate a team of field crew, installers and extended contractor baseHandle any issues that arise during the project lifecycle
Requirements:Proven experience in project management within the Business Events industry (preferred)Strong Project Management experience across Major ProjectsProfessional communication, grammar and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proficiency in project management software and toolsBachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferredFlexibility to travel and work irregular hours as needed.
