About the Role:

We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Media Buyer to join our team. This is a fully remote position , open to candidates based in Australia or the USA . You will be running ads across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and potentially Google.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid traffic for info-products , make-money-online offers , or competitive industries where ad success requires a sharp strategic edge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute paid ad campaigns with a focus on achieving strong ROAS (4-6x cash return monthly).
• Research best practices and new strategies to stay ahead of advertising trends.
• Optimise landing pages and creatives through split testing to maximise conversions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to strategise and launch high-performing ad campaigns.
• Generate new ad creatives regularly to maintain engagement and performance.
• Track campaign performance accurately, ideally using tools like Hyros, and adjust accordingly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Media Buyer across Facebook and/or Google Ads.
• Experience running successful campaigns in competitive industries such as info-products, education, finance, or digital products.
• Ability to provide proof of past results (case studies, screenshots, reports).
• Strong understanding of performance tracking and campaign optimisation strategies.
• A creative and analytical mindset, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet campaign objectives under tight deadlines.
