Base pay range

A$32.00/hr - A$42.00/hr

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from candidates seeking temporary administrative and business support roles across a broad range of industries in Sydney. Our clients include Construction, Automotive, Corporate offices, not-for-profits, healthcare providers, educational institutions, and professional services firms, offering diverse environments and experiences.

We are looking for candidates with experience in roles such as:

Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

Customer Service Representative (Phone & Email)

Project Administrator

HR Coordinator / Recruitment Assistant

Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Officer

Data Entry & Records Officers

Team Administrators / Business Support Officers

We are currently inviting Expressions of Interest from candidates seeking temporary administrative and business support roles across a broad range of industries in Sydney.   • Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator

  • Administration Assistant / Office Administrator

  • Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant

  • Customer Service Representative (Phone & Email)

  • Project Administrator

  • HR Coordinator / Recruitment Assistant

  • Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Officer

  • Data Entry & Records Officers

  • Team Administrators / Business Support Officers

Key Responsibilities May Involve:
  • Managing reception duties and client-facing communication

  • Calendar and email management for teams or executives

  • Data entry, database management, and document formatting

  • Processing invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports

  • Coordinating meetings, travel bookings, and office supplies

  • Supporting HR/recruitment functions or onboarding processes

  • Providing project or event coordination support

What you'll need to succeed:
Previous experience in a business support or administrative role
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to hit the ground running and adapt quickly
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
