Responsibilities:
- Create exclusive bridal and occasion wear designs aligning with Santinni's brand.
- Lead a team of designers and artisans, ensuring quality and creativity.
- Collaborate with clients on customizations and oversee end-to-end production.
- Stay updated on trends and improve production workflows for timely deliveries.
Qualifications:
- Strong fabric and handwork knowledge
- Proficient in design software
