Fashion Designer – Emerging Clothing Brand
We’re looking for a passionate and creative Fashion Designer to help build a new clothing brand from the ground up. You’ll play a key role in shaping our design identity and bringing collections to life — from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop seasonal collections aligned with the brand vision
- Create sketches, mood boards, and digital mockups
- Research trends, colors, and materials for fresh ideas
- Select fabrics, trims, and finishes
- Prepare detailed tech packs and coordinate with pattern makers and suppliers
- Support the creative process from ideation to sampling
- Collaborate closely with the founders on product development and storytelling
Minimum Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
- Strong understanding of garment construction and fabrics
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or similar design tools
- Ability to create mood boards, sketches, and technical drawings
- Strong trend awareness and creativity
- Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Experience:
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience as a Fashion Designer
Salary:
- ₹20,000 – ₹32,000 INR per month (based on experience and skill level)
