Fashion Designer – Pooja Wang Couture

Role Overview:
We're looking for a creative, detail-orientated fashion designer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, a strong sense of aesthetics, and an understanding of luxury detailing suited for couture and kidswear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualise and design new seasonal collections aligned with the Pooja Wang aesthetic.
- Develop sketches, mood boards, and digital illustrations for upcoming styles.
- Source and select fabrics, trims, and embellishments with a focus on luxury craftsmanship.
- Coordinate with the production and embroidery teams to ensure precise execution of designs.
- Stay updated with global fashion trends, colour forecasts, and couture detailing.
- Participate in fittings and ensure final products meet quality and design expectations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in couture, kidswear, or high-end fashion.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, surface ornamentation, and garment construction.
- Creative eye for colour, texture, and silhouette.
- Attention to detail and passion for creating timeless couture pieces.
