Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of seasonal collections from concept to production.
- Conduct trend forecasts, market research.
- Select fabrics, trims, accessories, and ensure quality standards for all samples.
- Collaborate with pattern makers, merchandisers, vendors, and production team.
- Guide and mentor junior designers and support staff.
- Work closely with marketing for product shoots and brand presentations.
- Ensure designs are commercially viable, on trend, and aligned with brand identity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design/Fashion Technology or related field.
- 2 to 5 years experience as a Fashion Designer.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, patterns, garment construction & finishing.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
- Excellent creativity, sketching skills, time management & teamwork.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
