Job Description

Service Specialists recruiting agency is working with a well-established company in Ridgeland that is looking to add a Finance & Administration Manager to their team. This role will oversee all financial operations—including AR, AP, payroll, and sales tax—while also managing HR and select IT responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and confident handling both accounting and administrative functions.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily financial operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, and sales tax reporting.
  • Oversee accounting for the Fords’ rental properties, ensuring accurate records and timely reporting.
  • Serve as HR representative, handling onboarding, benefits, employee records, and uniform policies.
  • Support hiring, performance management, and terminations.
  • Oversee delegated IT tasks to maintain system accuracy, accountability, and operational efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, HR, or administrative management.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and discretion with confidential information.
