We're looking for a Finance Clerk to help manage our day-to-day financial processes and provide accurate reporting to support management decisions.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting payroll preparation and maintaining accurate employee time records
- Reviewing incoming invoices and ensuring timely payments
- Monitoring open invoices and processing payments efficiently
- Managing vacation, PTO, and absence tracking
- Preparing clear financial overviews and reports for management
Your profile:
- Eager to join a collaborative team where your work makes a direct impact
- Motivated to learn and grow in multiple areas of finance and accounting
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or payroll is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Excited to take on new challenges and contribute to the team's success
Your schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a one hour lunch break
Pay will be based on experience.
