Finance Director Duties:
- Lead planning, forecasting, and performance reviews to drive financial and operational results
- Deliver actionable insights through reporting and partner with leadership to implement improvements
- Support strategic initiatives, including P&L reviews, business case development, and cost optimization
- Oversee bonus and incentive modeling, tracking, and reporting for a large, diverse workforce
- Improve reporting tools, automate processes, and partner with IT to enhance system capabilities
- Drive financial analysis for business growth, margin improvement, acquisitions, and strategic decisions
- Collaborate with executive leadership and field teams to align financial strategy with business goals
- Lead a high-performing team, promoting development, consistency, and process standardization
- Manage special projects and lead change initiatives to support company objectives
Finance Director Qualifications:
- Must Bachelor?s in Finance, Accounting, or Business required; MBA or CPA preferred
- 7?10+ years of finance/accounting experience with prior leadership responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- High integrity, strong business acumen, and strategic thinking capability
- Skilled in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to convey complex data clearly
- Organized, detail-oriented, and effective in managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in Excel and other standard business software
- Willingness to travel as needed
